Hi. I'm so happy to be here to share a tag I've made using this sweet Stampers Delights Chibis image called Allie Cat. I coloured her using Touch Five Markers and pencils. I fussy cut her out and stuck her on a die cut circle that I coloured with distress ink. I used a die cut for the base of this tag to which I added pattern paper to. I used blue ribbon and also made a bow with it. To finish of I added a bell.
