Hi. I've created this card for this months Outlaws Progressive Challenge. This fun challenge gives you the opportunity to use a digital stamp from different sponsored companies every month. This is a wonderful way to discover new companies. This month's sponsor is called All Dressed Up. I got the opportunity to create with this adorable digital stamp called Stars and Back.
I coloured this image using Touch Five Markers and pencils. I used pattern washi tape to create a pattern background.
