Hello. I'm so happy to share a card I've made using this cute exclusive VIP Chibis Libra collection. You can only get this beautiful collection in this one of a kind deal when you buy the full September 2019 new release Chibis images.
I have coloured this cute image and the flowers using Touch Five Markers and pencils. I used a pattern paper for the base of my card. I added a doily die cut. Then I embellished with a handmade bow.
