Hi. I've just got enough time to squeeze in this blog post before the end of the challenge. I've designed this tag for the Outlaws Monthly Progressive Challenge. The image this month is called Snowman (65snowman) and created by Sandisamples.
I've coloured him using pencils. I then stuck him to a hand cut gift tag that I coloured using Distress Ink. I took some small foam balls, cut them in half and stuck them to the tag. I've finished off with a few die cut swirls and a small bow.
