From The Hearts Time To Bloom

Hi. Today is my birthday today and I'd still like to post today. Last night I create a card using a From The Heart digital stamp set called Time To Bloom. You can find this stamp set to buy here . It's a lovely set with so much detail in the images and lots of wording to go with it. I believe that with this set you can create a lots of different types of cards/projects. For this card I've coloured with nothing but pencils. It took me a while as I printed the image quite big this is mounted on a 6" by 6" card. However very therapeutic to just take my time on a very detailed image. I've created a half frame using a Spellbinders Majestic Squares set. The flowers in the background are Peachy Keens stamps. Then I've used two different embossing folders to complete the background. I've currently not added a sentiment to this card but I think there are lots of different opportunities where this image would be perfect. Thank you, get well soon, just because,

Click here to find all of her current digital stamps in her online shop. If you like the look of this guy it's well worth a look there are some right cuties and some freebie digital stamps are currently available. I've coloured the image using Spectrum Noir Markers and shaded using pencils. I created all the background elements the Sun, trees and hedge by drawing, watercolouring, cutting and sticking. I used a Provo Craft embossing folder to add texture to the road in the background. So the reason I said it was a interactive card is because the scooter spins. I used a brad/split pin to loosely attach the scooter to the hedge. I added three layers of foam pads. Two behind the hedge and one behind the scooter. This way you can get a nice easy movement in the spinning motion. I wrote the

Number One

Hello. I've made this number one card. Not sure who I'm going to give the card too. Maybe my sister for completing her college course and will soon be at a University. Or maybe my little girl for when she completes her first year in school. I've kept this card very minimal as I didn't want to distant to much from the main image. This is a Art by MiRan digital stamp called Sweet Sally. She has a online Etsy shop which I've linked here . I've coloured her with pencils. Apart from the skin the Base colour is a Spectrum Noir Marker from the pastel collection. To add a final touch I've used mini pom poms as her hair bobbles. I made a rule for the background using a Rangers Stencil. The Rosette has been handmade by me. I've tried to stick with a pink and blue colour theme.
